You can use another podcatcher application if you want, but if you are using one of those, you probably just need the RSS URL (see below). If you are an idiot... Note: podcasts are large mp3 files. A typical episode of the Hank Lazard Show is 25MB or more. If you have a dial-up connection that is not on all the time, downloading these files will be rough. It will take... i don't know... many many hours. If you have a highspeed connection, you are in good shape. Step 1 Download itunes. You will need version 4.9 or later. In the menu on the left, there should be a podcast icon. If there isn't, you need to download the new version at www.itunes.com. Step 2 Launch itunes.
